How it works: Booking is simple — call or email and we will set up a time. An appointment gives you dedicated time for product guidance, fittings, and funding questions at any of our five Edmonton locations.

  • Ostomy support

    Pouching system guidance, accessory education, leakage troubleshooting, and product options.

  • Compression fittings

    Ready-to-wear measurements, fit checks, product recommendations, and donning education.

  • Bracing & supports

    Help selecting braces for knees, ankles, wrists, back, shoulders, and other needs.

  • Mobility & bathroom safety

    Guidance on walkers, rollators, canes, bath chairs, raised toilet seats, commodes, and safety equipment.

  • Funding support

    General guidance for AADL, NIHB, Veterans Affairs Canada, WCB, private insurance, and other programs.
