Returns & Exchanges Policy
At 1st AB Med Supplies, we strive to ensure every customer receives the right product and excellent service. Due to the nature of many healthcare and personal-use products, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Most new, unopened, and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components
- Have all tags and labels attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our team before sending any items back.

- Customer Name
- Item(s) Being Returned
- Reason for Return
- Photos (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:
- Incorrect product was ordered
- Product is no longer needed
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Product preference
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label may be required.
Health & Safety Notice
For health and safety reasons, many medical products cannot be returned once opened, worn, used, altered, or removed from their original packaging.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Opened, worn, or used healthcare products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or supplied in error.

may be subject to additional return restrictions based on program requirements and manufacturer policies.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days.
- Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
